Lauren is Head of Leasing at Vanguard Properties San Francisco where she prides herself on white glove customer service, communication and client advocacy. As a native San Franciscan, Lauren knows this city like the back of her hand and has a deep pride for the place that has been home to her family for over three generations! She is known for being a creative, out-of-the box thinker which allows her to customize strategy and craft deals that most benefit her clients.
Lauren maintains a very successful rental business representing landlords in leasehold transactions. Having started her career in leasing, being at the pulse of San Francisco's rental market - in addition to the sales market - allows her to provide major value for her clients who are leasing their property or who are purchasing property for rental purposes. This multi-faceted understanding allows her to represent landlords in a way that drives maximum foot traffic and gets top dollar in as little time as possible.
